Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven senior leader to join CRST. As the Vice President of Dedicated Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of CRST.
Reporting to the President of Dedicated Solutions. the Vice President of Dedicated Sales will provide leadership to position the organization at the forefront of the industry. Working with his/her team, marketing, sales enablement, pricing, operations, and the President of Dedicated Solutions, the Vice President of Dedicated Sales will be responsible for developing marketing, prospecting, and sales strategies focused on acquiring new customers while evaluating revenue quality and resistance. This leader will have oversight of seven (7) outside sales professionals and two (2) lead generation team members.
This leader will drive focus on customer solutions that include:
- Dedicated TL
- Regional one-way TL
- Yard and warehouse operations
Our ideal leader will lead an effective and efficient sales team by understanding CRST's capabilities and value proposition. You will drive conversations with internal teams to develop and execute strategies related to sales, marketing, and prospecting while being an executive leader with full responsibility for the team's results.

- Monitoring sales activity and results using key performance indicators; ensuring attainment of objectives and taking corrective action as necessary

The experience you bring will include:
- Minimum of 7 years of senior-level experience leading an effective sales team in the transportation industry, preferably with Dedicated and multi-mode experience
- Previous P&L management
- Four-year college degree
