Job Description

Republic is seeking a full-time HVAC or Electric counter customer service representative for our Des Moines/Grimes, Iowa location. Qualified candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, high energy, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, great follow up, strong computer skills, good problem solving, strong work ethic, positive attitude and previous HVAC or Electrical sales or service.

Key Skills:

· HVAC or Electrical Sales and/or Service Experience

· Knowledge of the HVAC or Electrical market and its unique needs

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Detail oriented and ability to get things done quickly

· Desire to learn, grow and advance in a rapidly growing company

· Team player willing to do whatever is needed to support the branch

Pay & Benefits:

· $60,000 - $65,000 annual salary (depending on experience) plus incentive

Additional Experience in the following will be considered:

Electric, HVAC, Mechanical installing, repair, general maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
