JAN-PRO Account Executives have a base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped residual commissions (expected range of $35,000 to $60,000 +), bonus opportunities, vehicle benefits, and paid vacation. Responsibilities and Duties:

This is a B2B sales role – our customers are professionals and the decision-makers, such as senior managers, business owners, and medical practitioners. Account executives must engage in consistent prospecting, and the utilization of customer-lead software, to continually keep in touch with customer opportunities. A routine of follow-up is a key part of the long sales cycle of commercial cleaning contracts sales. Account Executives are responsible for commercial office cleaning proposal generation following a JAN-PRO Brand Standard scope of work, and then presenting and negotiating these service contract quotes. In summary:

  • Cold-calling potential customers, prospecting for accounts, and generating and following leads
  • Generating new sales from inbound JAN-PRO web leads
  • Closing contract negotiations and extending accounts
  • Managing a team of inside Sales Representatives and encouraging cooperation
  • Coordinates start-up of new accounts with Operations Representatives
  • Developing effective solutions to customer service contract issues or problems
  • Keeping organized records and tracking progress toward business goals

Account Executive experience requirements:

Account Executives are managers in their own right, so the position requires some experience in business-to-business professional sales and sales leadership. While it may not be necessary to have experience with the commercial cleaning contractor industry; Typically, you must have at least three years of experience in sales working under another Account Executive. Account Executive should already know negotiation techniques and have customer service skills.

  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
  • You must be willing to prospect, cold call, and network to set up appointments to capture, renew,or expand new business opportunities with your clients.
  • 2 years previous experience in sales, or administration in the sales department
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to document detailed and accurate prospect and client information in the electronic database.
  • Have the skills to make exceptional presentations.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
