About Montana Craft Malt:
Montana Craft Malt is a malthouse based in Butte, Montana, that takes pride in quality and service. We malt barley and other cereal grains to produce premium malt for brewers, distillers, and food manufacturers.
Job Summary:As a Malt Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for promoting and selling our premium malt products to brewers and distillers in your territory. Your primary goal is to drive sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers while effectively communicating the value of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Develop and track thorough understanding of customer needs to identify and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer retention.
- Quota Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales or related capacity, preferably in the brewing or distilling industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in brewing or distilling sales is highly desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: Remote with in-person customer engagement.
Compensation:
· $60,000 - $150,000

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- 1099 contract
