Marketing Manager at High Growth Software Company
Our software company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our industry leading team. We’re looking for a talented individual to help us scale and accelerate our marketing strategy. In this role, you will lead our marketing efforts as we prepare for a giant 2024 on the product launch front; and you will be instrumental in driving lead growth for our B2B SaaS solutions by directing all inbound and outbound initiatives.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives and target market segments.
- Drive lead generation initiatives through inbound and outbound marketing channels, including content marketing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and partnerships. Implement strategies to attract and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Build pipeline by analyzing current challenges and creating programs that identify and grow target markets, with a heavy focus on developing outbound lead generation.
- Develop a deep understanding of our industry and the company’s overall brand positioning.
- Manage marketing to quantifiable objectives and metrics.
- Collaborate with the product management team to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials to support new and existing products and services.
- Manage our sales enablement and overall content strategy.
- Develop virtual and in person event strategies including webinars and tradeshows.
- Lead and manage a high performing marketing team, including providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Work cross functionally with sales, product, customer success, and strategic alliances teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Collaborate on initiatives such as product launches, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support strategic priorities and maximize ROI. Monitor expenses, track performance against budget targets, and adjust spending as needed.
Experience & Attributes
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience successfully leading marketing initiatives, including product marketing and lead generation, within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience and track record of success with account-based marketing.
- Experience managing internal and external teams.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing objectives, demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change, ability to prioritize and juggle to consistently meet multiple, short deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves to execute with a small team.
- Design capabilities for sales enablement, marketing, websites, and other client/prospect facing materials is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
