Sales Associate (Project Manager) Job Listing
Nuterro Solutions is seeking a hard-working, results-driven, and dedicated Sales Associate (Project Manager). Our ideal candidate takes pride in their punctuality and skills to complete the daily tasks and relay information, while dealing with customers and orders under little to no supervision. As a project manager, you will be responsible for duties ranging from generating leads to closing sales to jobsite planning and more.
Nuterro Solutions offers premium deck and fence installation services, along with water feature installation, hardscaping and maintenance services, to Winnipeg and surrounding communities.
A successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and organizing sales calls
- Answering customer questions
- Completing site visits for customer leads
- Visiting project sites for quality control
- Responding to emails, questions and concerns from customers in a timely manner
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Welcoming customers
- Managing and organizing projects, including project planning and quality inspections
- Ensuring field crews stay on schedule and update customers as schedules change
- Time management to ensure proper work flow
- Assessing customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features and services
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
- Actively seeking out new leads (door to door and cold calls may be needed)
- Invoicing and collection when necessary
- Planning marketing activities
A successful applicant must possess:
- Customer service experience and skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work alone with no supervision
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings and sometimes stay late if necessary
- A cooperative attitude
- Familiarity with the landscaping and/or construction industry preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Basic math skills
- Understanding sales principles and customer service practices
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- A friendly and energetic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts

Full-Time
Experience:
Customer Service and Sales – Minimum of 3 Years
Landscape and/or construction industry – 1 year preferred
Landscape design software experience an asset - Structure Studios
We supply you with the necessary tools and training
You will use your own vehicle for daily travel, we will provide compensation for its use (km rate)
Pay: $19 - 28 per hour + commission bonus (will be discussed at hiring)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay

Experience:
- sales: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 license with vehicle (preferred)
