• $60,000 - $110,000 per year

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Outside Sales Representative you will have a few different responsibilities and opportunities:

• Inspect leads generated from our quarterly pest control technicians. These leads will be given to you and scheduled on your route for the day.

• Based on the inspection, you will be giving customers the different options they have to improve the weatherization of and insulation in their home.

• Discussing the cost of the different options that you have gone over.

• Closing throughout the interaction and finalizing the sale at the end.

• Generating quotes and creating a detailed graph showing and explaining the work that will be done. This will be used for the customer as well as the crawl space technicians that will be doing the work.

Inspecting leads for this job means spending time in the crawl space and doing a full inspection of it. This can be a very dirty and gross job. But at the same time when you get out of the crawl space with webs and dirt on your crawl space suit, you have all the validity in the world to close.
