Job Description: Looking for someone to help with sales, operations, and putting out fires. This is a "jack of all trades" position, and you will be working in all areas of the business helping with whatever needs to be done. A strong emphasis will be in customer service and sales support.
Typical Day:
- Customer and sales support
- Payment and order processing
- Answering the multi-line phone system
- Help CEO and other office staff deal with various issues as they come up
Required:
- Detail oriented
- Strong computer skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt
Preferred:
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- 1+ years of Sales Experience
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
