Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Envision Toyota of Milpitas is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Milpitas, California. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Envision Toyota's product line
• Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to all clients
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential customers
• Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers
• Complete all necessary paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall sales goals
• Attend training and development programs as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the auto industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use CRM software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
