Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative at Sunique Decor, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, and promoting our high-quality flooring products throughout Texas. We are looking for a driven and customer-focused professional who is passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and actively pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities within the Texas market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals to understand their flooring needs and offer customized solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Sunique Decor’s flooring products, including their features, benefits, and customization options, to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to showcase the quality and versatility of our flooring solutions.
- Sales Targets: Set and exceed sales targets, quotas, and objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, with preference given to candidates in the flooring, home improvement, or related industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the Texas region.
