About Our Company

Our Company operates a massive place-based media network in most major US supermarket chains, pharmacies (including all Rite Aid, CVS, and Walgreens), shopping malls, airports, health clubs (LA Fitness), and more. The place-based billboards dispense sanitizing wipes to consumers, leading to 80%+ consumer engagement. The networks provide tremendous scale, hyper-targeted locations, engaged impressions, and low CPMs. Our Company manages a mega network of more than 100,000 wellness billboards (which dispense sanitizing wipes and sanitizer) located within premium retailers such as CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, Albertsons, Ahold, LA Fitness, shopping malls, airports and more. The networks provide tremendous scale, hyper-targeted locations, engaged impressions, and low CPMs, and provide the account executive the opportunity to truly sell with data, to tell compelling stories through email, phone and in-person meetings.

Job Summary:

If so, we wants to hear from you! We are seeking a roll-up-your-sleeves, and get your hands dirty, results-oriented individual to join our team. This is an in-office role located at our Naperville, IL office.

Essential Functions:

With the primary objective to ensure our campaigns are executed according to specifications and timelines. Key areas include:

  • Provide strategic oversight of all logistical aspects of advertising campaign management from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of kiosk and ads.
  • Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee print shop operations, manage inventory, and evaluate operating capacity versus sales forecasts.

Detail of Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Operations
  • Act as the central point of contact between various departments involved in the advertising process.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Managers, Customer Success, and the business-at-large to ensure campaigns are executed according to specifications and objectives.
  • Set clear timelines and schedules, allocate resources effectively, and resolve any issues that may arise during the campaign lifecycle.
  • Ensure that kiosk advertising campaigns are delivered with precision and impact, driving success for both the company and its clients.
  • Print Shop Operations
  • Oversee the print production process, ensuring optimal efficiency and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Manage inventory, liaise with suppliers, and oversee the smooth flow of resources to support print shop operations.
  • Evaluate operating capacity versus the sales forecasts.
  • Ensure the shop is safe and accident free place to work.
  • Field Logistics
  • Management Oversight
  • Ensure timely delivery of kiosk and ads, while optimizing transportation for on time targets while maintaining our costing goals.
  • Provide guidance and support in optimizing transportation routes, managing inventory, and evaluating operating capacity versus sales forecasts.
  • Able to identify problems and provide creative solutions to getting work done.
  • Understanding that we have no room for a miss our customers require 100% compliance from us.
  • Network Health
  • Manage venue health and maintenance of kiosks, following compliance and conducting rigorous risk assessments.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on noticeable trends or risks associated with the overall network.
  • Ensure operational compliance with our network partners' requirements.
  • Capacity Management-Field Operations
  • Conduct quarterly market analysis on workforce expansion needs based on sales pipeline, optimizing for speed and quality.
  • Evaluate the balance between employees and contractors to meet operational demands effectively.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Arts, with a focus in a relevant field of study.
  • A minimum of three (3)years of experience in a role that required managing complex organizational processes.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Formal training in Project Management disciplines, is preferred.
  • Familiar with methodologies and project tools. Monday.com preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • This is a stationary position, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • This position will require prolonged periods of operating a computer/keyboard/mouse/monitor and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine, computer printer, and telephone.
  • The person in this position must occasionally move about the office to access office machinery or attend meetings.
  • Work is performed in a temperature-controlled environment, but employee may be required to travel to off-site meetings for business purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
