We are currently interviewing licensed and non-licensed professionals to fill the role of Real Estate Agent.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing/Training: You'll train, role-play and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent.
• Lead Generation: You'll take the opportunity to execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, elevating your lead generation skillset.
• Open Houses: Combine your warm inviting personality with our proven support to hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings.
• Communication: Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments.
• Script Training: You'll join weekly script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills.
• Teamwork: You'll participate in exciting team activities that foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.
• Coaching/Training: To support your growth, we offer weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging trainings, and Partner Calls where you can share and learn from others.
• Consultation: Using proven systems and technology, you'll work directly with our buyers or sellers to guide them through the home buying and selling process with expert care and confidence.
• Home Selection: You'll identify homes that meet your clients' needs, and secure signed buyer agreements, securing them while helping them find their perfect place to call home.
• CMAs: You'll learn how to price homes correctly with our 5-5-5 Model, and secure signed listing agreements, securing them and helping to ensure the best price with the quickest sale.
• Negotiation: Leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers and sellers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients goals.
• Done For You: Take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of tasks normally required to close a transaction.
• Technology: Benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE technology to streamline client support and ensure you're consistently meeting your and your family's goals while delivering outstanding service to our amazing clients.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
