Job Title: Experienced Solar Sales Representative

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

We are a licensed Electrical, Solar, HVAC, Water Heater, and Insulation Company. We do not outsource any of our work, which makes us different from Solar Sales Company. You would be working for a very reputable company in Las Vegas, Nevada

Pay Structure:

Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 plus 6% commission on company generated leads and 8% on self generated leads.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solar sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, creating solar proposals, and closing sales for residential solar projects, pulling permits, engineering plans and corresponding with the customer.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels, including company-generated appointments, referrals, and lead-generation activities.

Pitch 3-5 company-generated appointments per day to homeowners interested in solar energy solutions.

Utilize solar CRM software to create accurate and compelling solar proposals for prospective customers.

Conduct thorough consultations with homeowners to understand their energy needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy.

Drive to appointments and conduct on-site assessments of the property to determine feasibility for solar installations.

Close sales and guide customers through the process of purchasing a residential solar energy system.

Meet monthly lead generation targets by generating a minimum of 3 qualified leads per month through networking and other lead generation activities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solar sales, preferably in the residential sector.

Strong understanding of solar energy systems and the ability to communicate technical information to customers effectively.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Proficiency in using solar CRM software to create proposals and manage leads.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
