We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Specialist for our authorized Verizon dealer partnership project. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with a Senior Manager, gaining invaluable insights into customer service, sales strategies, and brand standards.
As a Customer Service Sales Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our market share by delivering outstanding customer service and sales support. Your focus will be on fostering genuine connections with customers and ensuring exceptional sales experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with potential customers to present solutions for products and services, guide them through the sales process, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the existing customer service and sales team, participate in client meetings, and contribute to performance evaluations and employee onboarding.
- Support the daily growth and progress of our Verizon campaign.
- Progress to training high-performing customer service and sales professionals after completing initial training.
- Analyze the sales pipeline to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
- Work collaboratively across teams to address customer concerns and maintain a positive sales experience.
- Uphold our company culture and promote a high level of team engagement.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in business, sales, customer service, or management (although this is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided).
- Experience in a client-facing or consumer-oriented role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, solutions, and concerns.
- Proactive mindset with a readiness to take initiative and contribute to team goals.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and creativity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and manage relationships across various teams and departments, including sales, customer success, and HR.
