Job Description

Meet Benevity

Benevity is the way the world does good, providing companies (and their employees) with technology to take social action on the issues they care about. Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We're also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we're as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and more!

Benevity is on the lookout for an experienced, passionate, and inquisitive Revenue Operations Specialist to collaborate with our expanding Client Success, Marketing, and Sales teams, aiming to enhance our existing client base.

You'll bring your expertise to work closely with our Go-to-Market and Financial Planning & Analysis Teams, focusing on dynamic business analytics projects. These projects are key to capturing new business and advancing our strategies in upselling, cross-selling, managed services, and enhancements. If you're a business-savvy, proactive individual who excels in a vibrant environment where strategic and financial insight is leveraged to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join us in this exciting role!

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with Client Success, Marketing, Sales, and FP&A teams for strategic data analysis and decision-making guidance
  • Develop target planning and analysis frameworks with analysts and stakeholders
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve data quality for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams
  • Foster understanding of requirements across units, pinpointing and mitigating inefficiencies with real-time data
  • Build collaborative relationships to enhance both internal and external partnerships.
  • Set benchmarks and KPIs in line with business goals, focusing on metrics like ARR Bookings, Churn, Downsell, and Upsell, and provide performance updates
  • Lead the creation and implementation of revenue-driving and retention processes, including forecasting and pipeline management
  • Aid in developing business requirements for stakeholder metrics, leveraging tools such as GSheets, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Manage quota planning and performance measurement for Sales and Revenue Growth teams, supporting diverse roles in business development and growth

What you'll bring:

  • Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Skilled in situational awareness, navigating complex scenarios effectively
  • Proficient in building relationships and negotiating, with a creative approach suited for dynamic environments
  • Experienced in data analysis, reporting, and process improvements within SaaS operations
  • Capable of interpreting data accurately and communicating insights clearly, with knowledge of SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo), spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets), and commission tools (Spiff, Xactly)
  • Strong data visualization and presentation skills, including proficiency in Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on independent decision-making and project management
  • Results-driven, with a high regard for work quality and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
  • Adept at maintaining a "big picture" perspective while managing detailed tasks and achieving varied objectives
  • Committed to promoting teamwork, cooperation, and conflict resolution to reach organizational goals
