Job Summary:

As the Marketing Director at Wan Bridge, you will spearhead our marketing efforts across both digital and traditional platforms. Your role is critical in defining and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support our growth as a leading master-planned developer and build-to-rent builder and operator. You will lead a dynamic team to innovate and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, ultimately driving revenue and market expansion.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Wan Bridge business goals, including market analysis, branding, and customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee all online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, ensuring a cohesive and effective online presence.
  • Direct offline marketing strategies, including events, sponsorships, print advertising, and direct mail campaigns, to reach and engage target audience.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across projects and campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Development, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support overall business objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities, reporting on effectiveness and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Represent Wan Bridge in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, enhancing the company's profile and expanding its professional network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or related industries
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across both online and offline channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and expand market reach.


Essential Functions:

  • Typical work schedule, Monday through Friday, and after hours as requested.
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication in English.
