Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Lead Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experince.

Duties:
- Maintain responsibility for dispatching all of the Sales team
-Pre-qualify all scheduled calls minimum one day prior to their scheduled site visit date
-Providing exceptional customer service to customer's all the time
-Performing happy checks to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with their visit and to provide any additional information the customer needs
-Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Train new sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Oversee sales operations, including sales tactic's and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner
-Work with the Call Center Manager on ways to help create additional call volume for the sales team during non-demand periods
-Rehash old leads and customers with outstanding bids to try and create additional revenue and business opportunities

Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in cash register operations and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Familiarity with retail management software systems is a plus
- Bilingual language skills are an asset
