Job Summary:
OneLaser Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue by promoting our innovative creative machines to hobbyists and DIY enthusiasts. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic start-up passionate about empowering creativity and providing high-quality, user-friendly products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and engage potential customers in the hobbyist and DIY community.
- Promote OneLaser's products, demonstrating their features, benefits, and applications to prospective customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and helping them maximize their experience with our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights into customer needs and feedback for product development.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, providing regular reports on customer engagement, sales leads, and revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product features.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the hobbyist/DIY market or experience selling creative tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.69 - $25.30 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
