About Us: Devdent is a leading medical billing for dentistry organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer service is primarily:Software/IT
- Check and respond to emails from customers
- Incoming phone calls and voicemails - routing calls but also knowing how to help the customer with whatever question. Website, company info, software, etc.
- CRM Use and Management (Hubspot)
- Extensive knowledge of and troubleshooting for our cloud-based software
- Ticket management - Zendesk and Jira knowledge is helpful but not required
- Testing software fixes and releases
- Run prompts and remote into computers for testing

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
