About Us: Devdent is a leading medical billing for dentistry organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer service is primarily:Software/IT
Check and respond to emails from customers
Incoming phone calls and voicemails - routing calls but also knowing how to help the customer with whatever question. Website, company info, software, etc.
CRM Use and Management (Hubspot)
Extensive knowledge of and troubleshooting for our cloud-based software
Ticket management - Zendesk and Jira knowledge is helpful but not required
Testing software fixes and releases
Run prompts and remote into computers for testing
