Your Role as a Senior Sales Consultant:

Lead Generation: Generate your own leads while receiving appointments from our setters.
Sales Execution: Conduct door-to-door sales, offering free water tests to new residents and homeowners.
Sales Closing: Close deals on our advanced water filtration and softening systems.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior sales representatives to help them achieve their targets.
Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly office meetings in Keller and collaborate with the team to share strategies and insights.

Qualities We’re Looking For:

Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in water filtration or related industries.
Strong Work Ethic: Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and convincingly articulate the benefits of our products.

Compensation:

All Commission + Onboarding Compensation Based on Activities/Production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year

Schedule:
