The Customer Service Representative is the key partner helping our valued customers find needed products and maximum value from their partnership with Spotted. Additionally, the CSR serves as the liaison between the customer and the Spotted ecosystem ensuring that all customer queries are promptly and efficiently resolved, while helping the customer to make informed decisions.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist and provide expert deployment, operational standard methodologies
- Assist in workshops to help customers demonstrate the full value of Spotted solutions and lead periodic partner meetings.
- Orchestrate overall relationship with assigned clients
- Work with clients to build Customer Success Plans, establishing critical goals, to aid the customer in achieving their business objectives.
- Measure and monitor customer's achievement of critical and key performance indicators, reporting both internally to the Spotted Account team and externally to the Sales team
- Provide insight with respect to the availability and applicability of new products and features.
- Support Professional Services with scoping, and selling follow-on and new service opportunities.
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Spotted platform and future products.
What we are looking for in successful candidates:
- Proven track record of envisioning and managing technology/digital roadmaps
- Superior communication skills
- At least one year of experience working in customer success or customer service
- Able to identify opportunities to onboard new accounts
- Attention to detail
- Experience of effectively engaging with customers
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a big plus
- Sales experience is a plus
