THEGC is on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll engage with our existing clients while also attracting new businesses. If you're eager to drive change and meet the qualifications below, read on.
What Success Looks Like:
- Establish and maintain effective communication with our existing clients.
- Achieve consistently high client retention rates on a monthly basis.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system.
- Lead onboarding and coaching sessions for clients via video.
- Foster a culture of accountability among our clients.
- Reach out to and sell packages to heavy equipment industries' dealer networks.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in sales or client relationship management is preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of business professionals.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
