Sales and Design Consultant

We are an exquisite natural stone supplier based out of Doral, FL. that is a licensed and insured organization and experts in fabrication and installation. As such, our opinions are unbiased, and solely based on recommending the very best luxury alternatives to meet our clients' lifestyle & expectations. We are experiencing unprecedented growth in our commercial construction projects.

We are looking for a Salesperson with a passion for architecture and interior design. This person will be the face of our company in helping guide our customers in their design selections and throughout their project.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage some showroom floor meeting with all prospective clientele
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Stay updated with all large-scale construction project design selections
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Consult and assist clients with design projects
  • Develop estimates and pricing for projects
  • Stay up to date with all trends in the design community
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sale strategy.
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives.
  • Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Generating new revenue and increasing existing revenue
  • Continually maintaining and building relationships with existing clients

Skills and Knowledge:

  • 3+ years’ experience in slab sales.
  • Experience in Showroom sales.
  • Must be people and results oriented.
  • Proven track record of sales and fabricating process.
  • Estimating experience is a PLUS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Miami, FL 33166: Relocate before starting work (Required)
