Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Make both, warm and cold calls to prospects to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $37,200.00 - $45,000.00 per month
