Position: Sales Representative

Location: Brampton, Ontario

Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience

Shift Timings: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday), with flexibility required for travel

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and be comfortable with extensive travel to the USA, including attendance at industry trade shows. Fluency in English and a proven track record in sales are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth objectives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the construction industry.

· Travel to the USA for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.

· Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows, ensuring effective promotion of products and services.

· Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

· Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

  • Initial Cold Calling: Perform cold calling for the first 3 months to build a client base and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

·

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

· Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

· Willingness and ability to travel extensively to the USA, including attending trade shows.

· Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

· Flexibility to accommodate travel and work outside of regular office hours when necessary.

· Positive, professional attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills.

· Copies of any relevant certifications or qualifications related to sales and the construction industry.

· Valid passport for travel purposes and a driver’s license to meet travel requirements and demonstrate the ability to drive.

· A recent driving abstract to confirm a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
