Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to fuel our growth by building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients. You’ll play a crucial role in connecting with sports organizations across the country, introducing them to our cutting-edge solutions that enhance their operations. Your efforts will directly support our Regional Territory Managers, ensuring they have the leads they need to close deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads by scheduling product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Execute daily outbound outreach, including 50+ calls, to connect with potential customers.
- Manage follow-ups for inbound inquiries and leads generated through outbound campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Initiate and participate in targeted lead-generation projects, both individually and as part of a team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system for your assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets, ensuring steady pipeline growth.
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to actively listen and engage effectively.
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related fields; prior outbound sales experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
