Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for, making outbound calls, answering incoming calls, order entry and generating detailed sales quotes. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers by generating quotes
- Update customer information in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

-Build and maintain professional quotes

Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with industrial sales is a plus
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
