Experienced Solar Sales Representative
T&K Electric Company, one of few debt-free solar companies currently expanding into new markets, is seeking experienced Solar Sales Representatives to add to our growing organization in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area. Trusting in elite products, processes, and people to deliver the best experience to homeowners looking to transition to renewable energy is why T&K Electric Company has been able to expertly navigate the industry and grow month-over-month. Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, canvassing and other plausible efforts;
- Convert leads into potential customers and set appointments with homeowners;
- Meet with potential customers and determine their solar needs;
- Educate potential customers on equipment, financing options and tax benefits;
- Provide detailed information regarding T&K Electric Company and the available products and services offered;
- Propose, close and execute purchase contracts with homeowners;
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and obtain referrals and reviews;
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures; and,
- Appropriately represent the T&K Electric Company brand in all interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in selling solar of at least one year;
- Contain excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Maintain professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities;
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proficient in time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the solar industry and current rules and regulations

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
