Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for relationship-building, event planning, and data tracking, and will work closely with various stakeholders to help promote Seattle Spine solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral partnerships, assisting with marketing strategies, organizing events, and tracking important metrics to help drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing referral partners, including Chiropractors, MD Clinics, Naturopaths, Attorneys, and other Medical/Health professionals.
- Promote and educate prospective referral partners about Seattle Spine services and solutions.
- Schedule and attend regular lunches and meetings with new and existing referral partners.
- Regularly visit referral partners to foster growth and maintain a strong community presence.
- Communicate company updates, news, and promotional material to referral partners, and address any concerns or inquiries by directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Event Planning:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of internal and external events, including quarterly seminars.
- Coordinate speakers, event locations, and all logistical aspects of events.
- Manage event guest lists and ensure effective promotion and communication within the community.
- Attend events and seminars, engaging actively with attendees and promoting Seattle Spine services.
- Assist with event setup, catering arrangements, and event breakdown.
- Oversee the certification process for CE credits for attending providers.
Data Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain and regularly update the Marketing tracker to ensure all data is accurate and current.
- Track and report weekly incoming and outgoing referrals from partners.
- Monitor engagement and collaboration with referring clinics and partners.
- Generate and present weekly marketing reports for assigned territories to the Manager.
Scheduling & Logistics:
- Create and strategize a regular visit and lunch schedule plan with referring partners.
- Organize and optimize travel routes for clinic visits to ensure efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
