Responsibilities

Provide top-notch customer service through clear communication
Build authentic relationships with our customers and vendors
Always be looking for ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the website’s design)

Skills

No previous sales experience is needed! We will teach you everything you need to be able to succeed and excel in this industry
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and ENERGETIC personality
Strong customer-service oriented mindset
A can-do attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
