SUMMARY
Go To Market Manager – Products is responsible for managing the ongoing marketing alignment between the company’s business segment with needs, trends, and preferences of assigned market. Develops strategies and leads the activities that drive acquisition, growth, and retention for the United States market. This role will define and implement tactics aligned with the business, markets, and sales to drive business opportunities, awareness, demand, and sales enablement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide marketing tactics and develop approaches including marketing and product roadmaps, customer journey, partner engagement, and measurement models
- Customer segment group research including extracting customer data and anlayzing profiles to determine market segment requirements

- White papers
- Social media
- Keyword research
- Advertising
- Events, conferences, and trade shows
- Newsletters
- Collateral
- Presentation materials
- Develop and manage a virtual sales toolkit
- Establish messaging aligned with brand, segment requirements, and vertical markets
- Establish customer journey engaging lead generation, solutions, services, and thought leadership
- Arm sales with tool-kits and playbooks for account and opportunity engagement
- Package solutions and services aligned with demand and recurring services aligned with key markets
- Support sales with customer insights and programs to increase the share of revenue and new customer acquisition with customer segmentation, nurture campaign, webinars, events, etc.
- Define, measure, and track enterprise KPIs across the business segment for marketing and sales in collaboration. Include both operational and financial metrics and quickly react to the data in a nimble and efficient manner
- Ensure budget transparency and efficiency as well as compliance with them
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and data anlysts to segment and validate target audiences and recommend channels to reach them through campaign activities
- Identification and analysis of business and market opportunities, aligned with market requirements
- Definition of Buyer Persona(s) for the different target groups (or target market segment/service category) in the Business Stream
- Serve as the voice of the customer with the command of competitive intelligence and industry trends (e.g., target customer segments, trends, competitor actions, and solution innovation)
Qualification requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable field
- At least 7-10 years of experience in the areas of marketing; preferably in a TIC industry
- Strong experience with Salesforce.com, including utilizing its features to enhance marketing efforts and track campaign performance
- Proven expertise in social media marketing, leveraging various platforms to engage target audiences, and developing effective social media strategies
- Ability to lead virtual teams with strong analytical, strategic, coordination and communication skills
- Proven track record of directing and tracking marketing programs that build engagement and drive sales results
- Structured and independent way of working; self-starter, self-motivated and collaborative
- Ability to work under pressure, assertiveness, team-building with a flexible & open-mind
- Understanding of M&C and sales processes and knowledge of web trends & directions
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and very high results orientation
- Fluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese and any other languages are an advantage
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will work in an office environment.
- Work may be sedentary, sitting for long periods of time, working at a computer.
Physical effort may require lifting occasionally from 20 pounds, up to 50 pounds
