Total Compensation
$110K to $250K
The company’s average sales rep earns $130K/year, the highest paid sales rep earns $250K+/year. The salary for this position is $40K and the remainder of the compensation is commission based.
Automotive Allowance
$500 per month + gas
Job Description
· Selling products and services to manufacturing/Industrial/Utility/Service companies that save time and money by repairing – not replacing – their existing machinery, equipment and infrastructure
· Help solve common repair and maintenance issues - concrete, HVAC, corrosion issues, chemical protection, leaks etc.
· Target group is Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, Facilities Managers, etc.
· Candidates should have a background selling to the target group
· Must know how to prospect a new territory, get an appointment, get to the decision makers, ask questions, offer solutions, and close the deal
