Inside Sales Representative

SalesMuscle™ is a sales consultancy that recruits and selects top sales talent, and provides coaching and sales management mentorship for its clients. SalesMuscle™ founder, Lou Parrague, has over thirty years experience and is an expert at recruiting top talent and creating winning teams for his clients.

SalesMuscle™ is retained in the search for an Inside Sales Rep for an established automation company.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for account development or maintenance
  • Responsible for sales leads, quotations generation, sales coverage, literature and drawings
  • Responsible for supporting order management team
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and implementation
  • Manage multiple accounts with efficiency and accuracy
  • Identify market potential by qualifying accounts
  • Prepare quotes for standard products and systems, follow up on orders, and solve client-related problems
  • Pro-actively develop strong business relationships
  • Partner with internal resources and external stakeholders to leverage solution-based outcomes

Skill Set

  • 2+ years distribution components sales and/or 5 years technical sales of electro-mechanical components and systems for semiconductor equipment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
  • Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be action oriented with the ability to think critically

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred

Compensation

  • On target earnings: 100K+, salary plus bonus

Travel

  • Workday travel to customer sites – up to 15%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
