Inside Sales Representative

SalesMuscle™ is retained in the search for an Inside Sales Rep for an established automation company.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for account development or maintenance
- Responsible for sales leads, quotations generation, sales coverage, literature and drawings
- Responsible for supporting order management team
- Assist in the development of customer service policies and implementation
- Manage multiple accounts with efficiency and accuracy
- Identify market potential by qualifying accounts
- Prepare quotes for standard products and systems, follow up on orders, and solve client-related problems
- Pro-actively develop strong business relationships
- Partner with internal resources and external stakeholders to leverage solution-based outcomes
Skill Set
- 2+ years distribution components sales and/or 5 years technical sales of electro-mechanical components and systems for semiconductor equipment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
- Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be action oriented with the ability to think critically
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
Compensation
- On target earnings: 100K+, salary plus bonus
Travel
- Workday travel to customer sites – up to 15%
Job Type: Full-time
