Position: Sales Representative - Moving Sales
Location: VA, DC, MD
Responsibilities:
Answer Incoming Calls: Handle incoming sales inquiries, providing prospective customers with information about our services, and guiding them through the sales process.
Work with Leads: Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into potential customers through effective communication and relationship building.
Drive Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Understand clients' needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
In-House Estimates: Perform in-house estimates for potential customers, accurately assessing their moving needs and providing competitive pricing.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 1 years of experience in Moving and Relocation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
