The Back-End Developer will play a key role at Stacktics Inc., where we design, create, deploy, maintain and grow industry-leading Cloud Infrastructure, Big Data Analytics and Cloud For Marketing products, solutions and services.
We seek a Back-End Developer to join our team doing cutting-edge work with emerging platforms. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in Java and Spring Boot and able to work within a wide variety of APIs. You will be part of an innovative and collaborative team of developers providing high-quality, polished experiences to various business divisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role-Specific Responsibilities:
- Create and uphold backend applications
- Engage with various proprietary ad tech applications such as a demand-side platform (DSP), data management platform (DMP), ad server, and a high-availability analytics application supported by a significant data processing pipeline
- Architect, design, and develop new features
- Address intricate challenges related to concurrency, security, performance, and scalability
- Take charge of projects from inception to execution

- Maintain and exceed client satisfaction with Stacktics' deliverables, day-to-day work and overall value as a partner.
- Adapt to ever-changing client needs and expectations.
- Maintain dedication toward achieving excellence in Stacktics' delivery against client needs and overall success as an organization.
- Ability to provide clear guidance and support for advanced problem-solving and system design to large teams at enterprise-level client companies, aiding the evolution of their digital practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years in Backend Development
- Bachelors in computer science
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience
- in Java, Spring Boot, and Scala with a thorough understanding of performance algorithms
- Expert proficiency in generating reliable code adhering to sound coding principles
- Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Redis and Spring Data JPA
- Familiarity with Git, encompassing pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD systems
- Collaborative approach to constructing and troubleshooting complex systems
- Enthusiastic about refining software development workflows and processes
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within a team
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing the entire software development lifecycle, from initial conception and design to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Knowledge of GCP, React, Python would be beneficial but not mandatory
- Knowledge of AdTech and MarTech industry is mandatory
