We are a fast growing, customer-focused OMS SaaS Retail Tech company. Our innovative software suite allows omnichannel brands & distributors to unify their stock (stores, warehouses, suppliers…), provide an accurate real-time delivery promise, and fulfil orders from every stock point. In 2024, we received significant investment of $72M from the US Private Equity firm Summit Partners to further accelerate our growth.
OneStock is expanding internationally and starting our US operations. We are seeking an experienced SDR/BDR to join our team in the US.
Job description
- Evangelize OneStock to prospects
- Respond to requests from inbound leads in timely manner and conduct qualification calls
- Do outbound prospection via email, Linkedin and cold call
- Support effort to set up outbound meetings around conference and trade shows
- Conduct effective discovery and qualification conversations with our prospects through your deep understanding of our products value proposition and use-cases;
- Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects using email, phone, social media and any other strategies that work!
- This is an Inbound and Outbound position - High call volume is expected.
- Identify & cultivate relationships with decision-makers within targeted accounts;
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to execute a lead generation strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products;
- Use your frontline knowledge of customer's needs to educate the broader team on learnings and business opportunities
Profile
You are a natural born salesperson
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role
A history of consistently hitting targets
Creative mindset and ability to reinvent your daily tasks
Problem solver - finds a way around obstacles
Autonomous, curious, eager to learn & proactive with a strong interest in Sales
Solid communications skills - both verbal and written
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills
Competitive nature - should be eager to learn and win
Direct experience with HubSpot a plus. Experience in retail is also a plus.
Location & Package
Location : Boston, travel to France multiple times a year, potential travel in the US 3 or 4 times a year
Flexible working hours and hybrid setup (up to 3-4 days per week working from home)
