Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in initiating and managing customer relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients, guiding them from the initial outreach through to the final purchase. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, negotiate terms, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Engagement: Reach out to new and existing customers to discuss their needs and how our products and services can meet them.

· Sales Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, and close deals effectively.

· Team Coordination: Work closely with team members and other departments to align sales efforts and achieve common goals.

· Relationship Management: Maintain and update contact lists, follow up with customers, and build long-term relationships.

· Analysis & Reporting: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses of potential and existing customers. Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.

· Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly to ensure a positive experience.

· Continuous Improvement: Seek and act on feedback to continually enhance your sales approach and performance.

Requirements & Skills:

· Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Sales Representative with a track record of achieving sales targets.

· Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Motivation: Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.

· Skills: Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Presentation: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to various audiences.
