We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for selling service and maintenance plans to clients after the successful installation of fire protection, HVAC, or security systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, persuasive, and excels at building long-term relationships with clients to ensure their systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell service and maintenance plans to clients after system installations.
- Educate customers on the importance of regular maintenance, inspections, and system updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify and fulfill their ongoing service needs.
- Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and introduce service offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for service agreements.
- Collaborate with technicians, project managers, and installation teams to ensure seamless transitions to service plans.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Stay informed about company services, pricing, and industry trends to effectively address customer questions and objections.
Qualifications
- Proven negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong sales experience, particularly in outside sales and B2B environments
- Familiarity with account management and business development strategies
- Proficient in Salesforce and technology sales
- Ability to conduct product demos and upsell effectively
- Experience in territory management and cold calling
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
