Rapidly growing company in CLEARWATER, FL looking for a Business Development Representative!

Your Mission:
The BDRs’ main job is to connect with opportunities through prospecting, via linked in messaging and leads passed from sales team at PostcardMania. The day-to-day work also involves gathering key sales and use data for specific CRM’s that we want to connect with. You will personally create sales opportunities. You will research and find the best opportunities for us to spend time on and either educate the prospects about our solution or pass it to the appropriate person. We are looking for BDR’s who demonstrate the work ethic, coachability, and aptitude for generating quality leads.
Responsibilities for Business Development Representative
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
- Build rapport with potential clients to help generate business
- Qualify opportunities and schedule demos for potential customers
- Using personal judgment and initiative to develop constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets
- Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications for Business Development Representative
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
- Working knowledge of the CRM software market and/or the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day as well as researching CRM’s for PCM to sync with.
- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
- Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications.
- Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
- Very comfortable with technology and efficient ways of utilizing technology to stream line solutions.
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time in-office position
Monday through Friday from 9am – 6pm
