About the role
We are looking for our first Senior Business Development Representative to support our North American sales team and drive new business revenue through both inbound and outbound opportunity generation. Reporting to our Head of North America Sales, you will work with all types of organizations and coordinate with the sales team to advance leads and create opportunities. If you are a self-starter, passionate about sustainability, and excited about working in a dynamic environment, then this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Executives to execute strategic outreach to key accounts and stakeholders, leveraging channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone, direct mail, and more.
Maintain active inbound and outbound communications with prospects using creative follow-up, including personalized email, cold calling, and social selling
Qualify leads, coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team to deliver product demos to relevant stakeholders.
Support outreach campaigns related to events, webinars, and other strategies aimed at engaging target accounts.
Collaborate with the go-to-market team to devise and implement creative ideas for engaging target accounts.
Develop and craft creative emails, conduct A/B testing of messaging, and iterate on strategy frequently while sharing insights with the wider team.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Pulsora’s platform to prospects via email, phone, video, or in-person interactions.
Influence and contribute to the growth strategy by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on market trends and customer feedback.
About you
2+ years of proven business-to-business sales experience targeting US customers
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Track record of engaging enterprise stakeholders that results in increased opportunities for the sales team
Able to handle a fast-paced sales environment, executing a high volume of outreach
Resilient, persistent, and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude
Fast learner, ambitious, and passionate
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Someone who is a team player and collaborates well with others to achieve sales objectives.
