- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, sales techniques, and industry developments through ongoing training and self-development.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to secure new business and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to customer sites.
- Experience working on a commission-only basis and being considered a 1099 employee.
