Bittersweet Pet Resorts, the area’s most exciting pet care business, is looking for a Client Services Specialist at our Niles location. Bittersweet Pet Resorts is a state-of-the-art facility and has been providing superior pet care for more than 25 years. We offer high-quality services including pet lodging, fun doggie daycare, grooming, and professional dog training services.

The Client Services Specialist will primarily handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. Each employee is crossed trained throughout the facility to ensure the best knowledge of the services we provide.

Duties

Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner
Utilizing the company’s proven sales process which ensures overall success
Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided
Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & add-ons
Up-keeping the cleanliness of the Lobby and Office
Handling check-in and check-outs
Basic Pet Care

Some inside sales success preferred. Candidates who are successful in this position may have previous experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate, inbound sales representative, reservation agent, and phone sales representative.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
