About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Pacific Rubber, being customer centric is an integral part of your role. You will be part of the Customer Success team and dedicated to building customer loyalty and confidence by receiving and processing orders in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring customer expectations are accurately determined and fully met by utilizing knowledge of products, logistics, production planning and inventory management.
The ideal candidatehas in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services and will actively engage with internal and external personnel to ensure all aspects of order management are being satisfied and executed, including customer interactions. This role reports to the Customer Success Manager. The position is located in San Carlos, CA and will be on-site.
Responsibilities:
· Provide Customer Satisfaction by interpreting orders, clarifying any discrepancies, processing orders and engaging communication with key stakeholders.
· Cultivate, develop, and continuously improve processes and strategies for customer excellence.
· Ensure order details are accurate and adhere to processes and deadlines.
· Develop and maintain customer partnerships by using a solution-based approach and proactively resolve any issues while fostering new business and support retention.
Required Qualifications:
- Decision-making skills and independent judgment.
- Excellent track record of successful Order Management
- Ability to manage customer challenges in a professional and decisive manner.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in computer and technical skills: Microsoft Suite and an ERP System
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
Desired Qualification
- Aptitude to handle unique requirements and delivering responses appropriately.
- Team player with integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and capable / willing to work in a diverse environment.
- Excellent solutions-oriented and problem-solving ability
- Customer service experience in Semiconductor, Sustainable Energy, Biotech and or Medical Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Experience and Education:
- 3-5 years of work-related or equivalent,
- Associate degree in business administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
Payrate: $58K – $75K
