Summary:
We are seeking for a sales professional who can succeed in increasing sales by managing independent sales reps and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- 3 weeks of each month traveling to train sales representatives on product line
- Manage sales reps sales numbers, target customers and target products
- Introduce new products into the market place
- Set up trade shows and meetings
- Develop loyalty amongst new customers: Electrical Distributors and showrooms
- Build new book of business through various channels
Qualifications:
- Experience in the lighting industry is REQUIRED.
- Strong knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and market trends.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Established track record of leading and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Located in Los Angeles
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 /hr based on experience
