店长工作职责:

#负责当地门店的建设,团队搭建;

#管理门店的日常运营,包括但不限于员工培训与管理、广告宣传、库存管理、现金管理、展厅陈列管理以及门店的销售盈利;

#实时监控和分析销售数据和财务数据,与总经办一起制定并落实运营与宣传战略以确保该门店达到总经办制定的盈利目标;

#熟知门店的热销产品、新品、滞销品,并对相关的销售数据进行追踪汇报;

#培训、发展和激励门店员工,提供卓越的客户服务,并实现销售目标;

#培训监督员工工作,并合理安排员工的工作时间;

#确保门店始终整洁干净、有序、提升外观吸引顾客;

#解决客户退货、维修与投诉问题并确保客户满意度;

#管理库存,并根据销售需要定时向总经办提出采购需求;

#全力协同全年公司展会工作。

店长任职要求:

#需要本科学位,加拿大学历优先考虑

#至少3年的门店管理经验,包括管理员工团队

#出色的领导、沟通和人际交往能力,并注意细节

#出色的数据分析和解决问题的能力

#熟练掌握 Microsoft Office 套件和库存管理系统

#有加拿大驾照

#能在加拿大合法工作

Store Manager
Location: Van Store

GreenLife, a premier supplier of Spa, Salon, and Aesthetic products in the GTA since 2011, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the operations and team of our Van store. Our reputation is built on providing high-quality aesthetic supplies, including massage tables, facial beds, and barber chairs, which have become best-sellers across Canada. As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of customer service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including employee training and supervision, inventory management, showroom displays, and cash handling.
  • Implement advertising and promotional strategies to boost sales and visibility.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols.

Sales & Financial Management

  • Analyze inventory, sales, and financial reports to identify trends and drive profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed profit targets set by the head office.
  • Track product performance, including best-sellers, new arrivals, and slow-moving inventory.

Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to optimize efficiency and coverage.

Customer Experience

  • Resolve customer issues, including returns, repairs, and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Inventory & Logistics

  • Manage inventory levels, collaborating with head office for bi-weekly product orders.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Canadian education preferred.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of store management experience with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid Canadian driver’s license.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Position: Sales Associate
Location: In-Store, Canada
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet customers warmly and genuinely, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and in-store consultations based on customer needs.
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and maintain daily updates on online advertisements.

Sales Operations:

  • Manage daily store operations, including processing payments, fulfilling orders, and assisting customers with purchases.
  • Operate the sales system efficiently and contribute to team efforts.
  • Monitor store inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and organization of products on display shelves.

Showroom Maintenance:

  • Keep the showroom and office space clean and organized to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Stage the store to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Customer Support:

  • Deliver exceptional pre-sales and after-sales service, both in person and via telephone.
  • Assist customers with product pick-ups and provide hands-on support when needed.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Report directly to the Store Manager and coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Actively participate in team discussions to improve store performance.

Job Requirements

Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with inventory and sales systems (training provided).

Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with tasks such as stacking, receiving, and helping customers with goods.

Personal Attributes:

  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to teamwork and execution.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $18-$20/hour + commission.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week (5 days/week with 2 days off).
  • Day shifts with 8-hour shifts.
