- Utilize online platforms and software to engage with customers and drive sales
- Provide sales support by answering customer inquiries and providing product information

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an internet or e-commerce setting
- Strong calling skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
- Excellent sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficient in using online platforms, software, and CRM systems
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and commissions
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of inventory control processes is beneficial
