Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a strong customer service orientation. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence through outbound calling and effective negotiation techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Utilize Hubspot to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, showcasing our technology products.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials that highlight product features and benefits.

Experience

  • Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales effectively.
  • Knowledge of technology sales and market dynamics is advantageous.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

Compensation

  • $50k starting salary
  • Monthly commissions $500 to $3000
  • Yearly Bonus based on performance

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
