We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a strong customer service orientation. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence through outbound calling and effective negotiation techniques.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships.
- Utilize Hubspot to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, showcasing our technology products.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials that highlight product features and benefits.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales effectively.
- Knowledge of technology sales and market dynamics is advantageous.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
Compensation
- $50k starting salary
- Monthly commissions $500 to $3000
- Yearly Bonus based on performance
