We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales in this growing sector.
Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our process equipment to food and beverage industry clients. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of food and beverage process equipment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within the food and beverage industry.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Negotiate and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Mechanical Engineering Technologist Diploma also accepted.
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, specifically in food and beverage process equipment or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage processing equipment and industry standards.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach to sales.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
