Position Overview
As a Commercial Insurance Producer at RRM Insurance Services, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by building relationships, identifying prospects, and providing customized insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with potential clients to grow the commercial insurance portfolio.
- Client Consultation: Assess clients' insurance needs and present tailored solutions from a range of commercial insurance products.
- Networking: Leverage existing networks, attend industry events, and develop referral relationships to expand market reach.
- Account Management: Provide ongoing support and service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably in commercial insurance.
- Licensing: Current and valid insurance producer license or the ability to obtain one quickly.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with insurance management systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
