Job Description
Windsor is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator that is a positive team member who takes ownership of their work, exhibits the right attitude, and has a desire for constant improvement. The Marketing Coordinator administers and supports strategies for raising the overall visibility of our firm, expanding Windsor’s presence in current markets, developing relationships in new markets and leading strategic client and project pursuits.

Duties:

- Support Practice Leaders in achieving the company’s sales and client service goals.
- Support Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Manage and effectively utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Identify and assist with evaluating business opportunities aligned with organizational goals and filter to appropriate Practice.
- Support development and execution of strategies to convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Coordinate with Practice Leads and internal teams to ensure effective pursuit of opportunities.
- Contribute to Marketing/Branding Content Needs for effective business development.
- Prepare/write proposals and presentations that highlight the Windsor Way, our 5 Cs.
- Support oversight of the proposal development process, from strategy to final production.
- Enhance Windsor’s visibility within target markets.
- Proactively stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and emerging technologies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities for each Practice area.
- Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders based on market analysis.
- Other duties as assigned to support a World Class Employee and Client Experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, marketing, or communications; master’s degree a plus.
- Excellent technical writing, editing, written and verbal communications skills.
- Understanding and effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to grow customer base and enhance customer relationships.
- Experience working in A/E/C industry.
- Skilled at influencing and fostering relationships with others.
- Willingness to travel if needed; up to 25% travel may be required
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
